These terms apply to all cleaning services performed in the state of Florida, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and deep cleaning services.

We serve clients throughout the state of Florida. Service availability in specific areas may vary. Contact us to confirm coverage in your location before booking.
All services are performed according to our 47-point quality inspection protocol. A digital completion report will be provided after each service. Service scope is defined in the written quote provided to the client prior to scheduling.
All service quotes provided by PremierPro Cleaning Solutions are fixed. The price stated in your approved quote is the price you will be charged. We do not add undisclosed fees, surcharges, or additional costs after a quote is approved.
The 50% discount on first cleaning services is available exclusively to first-time clients. One promotional discount per household or business address. PremierPro reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time with prior notice.
Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at time of booking.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of the service date. We will review and resolve billing disputes in a timely and fair manner.
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost to compensate the assigned team.
In the rare event that PremierPro must cancel or miss a scheduled cleaning, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we fail to show up for a confirmed appointment without notice, your next cleaning service will be provided at no charge, per our Show-Up Guarantee.
For recurring cleaning agreements, either party may discontinue the arrangement with reasonable written notice. No long-term contracts are required to use our services.
If you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of a completed cleaning service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge.
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to all services performed by PremierPro Cleaning Solutions and is subject to the following conditions:

PremierPro Cleaning Solutions maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees performing services on your property.
In the event of accidental damage to your property caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess and address verified damage claims promptly and professionally. We are not liable for damage to items that were pre-existing, improperly secured, or excluded from the agreed service scope.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
